Our Local Network

Panay Center for Disaster Response has its local network for disaster response which it mobilizes and works with in times of emergencies. PCDR serves as the secretariat of the said network.

Established in June 27, 1996 under the Task Force Baha, NDRP served as an effective mechanism for systematic and coordinated disaster response in Panay, providing additional strength in the delivery of relief services in terms of human resource mobilization and finance generation.

Currently, the Network for Disaster Response – Panay (NDRP) are composed of 18 different People’s Organizations and Formations, Institutions, and other Civil Society Organizations, spread throughout Panay and Guimaras Islands.

These organizations, formations, and institutions serve poor farmers, fisherfolk, urban poor, women, youth, and disaster survivors in general.
